KADHA—meaning "story" in Malayalam—was founded in 2022 with a clear vision: to create the stories I longed to tell. My journey in cinema began at age 17 in a small village in Kerala, eventually taking me to Mumbai—the heart of the Indian film industry—and later to the United States.
Over the years, I've worked as a director, producer, editor, writer, sound recordist, and production manager. These varied roles gave me an intimate understanding of every stage of filmmaking—from idea germination and writing through pre-production, production, and post-production.
Across this journey, I realized that if I truly wanted to make films that stood the test of time and broke free from industry conventions, I needed to take matters into my own hands.
